Create an account with your email or with Google. Your first sign-in opens a workspace with sample studies and responses, so the Results tab has something to show. Delete the samples whenever you want. The plan is $49 a month with 100 responses included.

A study is a welcome page, a list of questions and a thank-you page. Each question asks one question and takes a voice answer, a typed answer or a choice from a list. Turn on follow-ups on a question to let the AI ask one or two probing questions based on what the person said. Start from a template or a blank study, then edit the draft until it reads the way you would ask in person.

Publishing freezes the draft as version 1 and makes the study link live. The link opens in any browser on a phone or a computer. You can keep editing the draft after publishing; participants see the published version until you publish the changes. Every response records the version it answered, so the results stay consistent when questions change.

The browser asks for the microphone on the first voice question, never on the welcome page. If a participant declines, the question switches to typing and shows how to turn the microphone back on. The steps depend on the browser.

• Safari on iPhoneTap the aA button in the address bar, open Website Settings, set Microphone to Allow, then reload.
• Safari on MacOpen the Safari menu, choose Settings for This Website, set Microphone to Allow, then reload.
• FirefoxClick the permissions icon at the left of the address bar, clear the blocked microphone entry, then reload.

Audio recordings are kept for 90 days after they are made, then deleted. Transcripts, typed answers and choices stay as long as the workspace exists. Deleting a response removes its audio and transcript at once. Set a monthly response limit in Settings if you want a hard cap on volume and cost.

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Grok or any other MCP client to FastFeedback. Your agent can then create a study, add and edit questions, publish it, and read the responses with their transcripts.

Add the server address below to your agent, then sign in to FastFeedback and choose the workspace the agent may use. Settings → Integrations shows the exact steps for each agent.
